Portion Guide

The number of servings obtained from a wedding/celebration cake depends on the size of serving you are looking to serve. We have given the approximate portion size for a small/medium serving which is equivalent to a small cake bar (1"x2" by 3" deep).

Below is the approximate portion guide for single tiers.

N.B. If cake is the only dessert and/or portions larger than 1”x2” are served, then you will have less servings than the chart indicates. You may therefore wish to order the next size up.
